Would you live a Blake Lively life?

Good evening lovelies! I just found out that Blake Lively, our very own Gossip Girl, is planning on starting her own lifestyle company. From what Blake described, it sounds slightly similar to Paltrow's GOOP website, except that her lifestyle company will have "no genre".

Blake Lively has become iconic from her Gossip Girl days with her fun and fresh style.

Given the fact that Blake doesn't have a stylist because she's confident enough in her own choices, I'd say any lifestyle site she creates will be a major hit. Who DOESN'T want to look as effortless and chic as Blake does? You may not want her own style necessarily, but every woman should have that confidence when they're wearing, or living, what they love.

Will you follow her company when it launches?

Phillip Lim for Target

For those who haven't heard the good news, Target has released the long-awaited collaboration collection with designer Phillip Lim.

Phillip Lim is a Los Angeles-based designer that got his start at the fashion label Development and quickly worked his way to independence, making a name for himself with his sleek silhouettes, highlighting a dressy mixed with casual combination that speaks to the modern fashionable woman. His clothes are known for being chic, and his Target collection is no different. Below are some of my favorite pieces from this wonderful collection.

Phillip Lim for Target

The best: $50 or less

The detail of the sheer sleeves on this blouse is what makes me weak in the knees, and the color is that perfect shade.

The detailing at the neck and the slight rise in the front, plus the cozy-looking cable knit is what makes this sweater absolutely necessary for my fall wardrobe.

This dress is just perfect, from the print to the sleeves to the hemline in the back: perfect.

Hair Stickers: Worth the money, or best left to the pros?

Good Morning lovelies! All the coverage of Fashion Week has left us in a dizzying and beautiful array of photos and trends and ideas for fall outfits. Articles are popping up left and right highlighting small details from each designer as well as the larger trends from model to model, but one trend has stood out to me and made me want to try, but wonder if maybe it's best left to the pros: hair stickers.

These beauties were seen on the runways from the Honor show, and it's true, on the runway they were beautiful and airy and the perfect touch to the outfits. Many companies are now offering varying versions of this fairytale accessory, enticing customers to add some dainty femininity to your hairstyle. The question is though, is it actually realistic to wear these while going for a coffee run or out a date?

These are some of the versions that are for sale across the internet:

These versions are sold for $9.99 here: Hair Stickers

And here: miabeauty.com

The price is right for the number and size of the stickers you get, and they're non-adhesive, won't ruin your hair, and add a fun touch to your updo. There are various sizes and other shapes and designs too, and to me the large crowns are so cool I'm on the verge of buying, will you try this trend or leave it for the pros?
