Rectangle Body Type & Outfit

Good evening lovelies! I hope you all had a wonderful week. I know I did! Today was my only day off since I've started working for Cirque. AMAZING!

I know I said I wouldn't post til tomorrow, but I found myself having the time to actually post this evening.

Tonight I will talk to you all about another body type; Rectangle.

Rectangle Body Type

Rectangle (Stick) – Very few curves, body is straight up and down, head appears large for body, gain occurs evenly over entire body.

- Diagonal cuts
- High-waist pants and skirts with tucked in shirt
- Flared skirts
- Belted and tailored jackets
- Bold-color, textures, design
- Avoid plunging necklines
- Straight and tapered pants and jeans

Rectangle Outfit for $50 or Less

Speckled Rose Knit Top: $15.80

This top is an amazing piece for any rectangle because the cut adds hips. Also, rectangles can pull off stripes.

Marbled Conductor Denim Shorts: $19.80

These are awesome because they're lighter colored, which is going to make the hips look wider, giving curves.

Crider: $9.98

Wedges and heels make the legs appear slim and the butt appear bigger, adding curves. I chose wedges because not everyone likes to rock heels, and I just love wedges in general.

BAGedge Non-w0ven messenger bag: $3.98

I really like the color of this bag in contrast with the rest of the outfit, and a lighter-colored purse falling at the hip will give the appearance of wider hips, thus creating the appearance of curves.

Total: $49.56

And there you have it lovelies! A wonderful little warm-weather outfit for less than $50. Keep in mind, if you are a Rectangle body type, you are extremely lucky because you can wear pretty much anything and get away with it!
