"Cherries and feathers, cherries and feathers!"

Hello lovelies! I hope you had an amazing weekend recovering from your intense Memorial Day weekend. There has been a huge trend that has just been growing with momentum. I am not one to jump on board the band wagon immediately; and even I jumped on board with this one! Hair feathers. Sounds silly, sure. I thought so too, then I saw them. They add the perfect little accent, and work for all kinds of hair. You can hide them if you want to, or let your feathered wild side rock out. Trust me when I say i've seen everyone of every age and profession rocking them lately.

How to get feather hair extensions

These are great fun and very easy to hide. Most salons charge about $10 per feather. They don't hurt the hair when they're put in; it's a very small clip that simply fastens and stays. Once the feathers are placed into the hair, they can be styled like regular hair. They last for about 1-2 months.

Of course though, if you're not sure whether you want to dive right in head first into the feather trend, you can try out feathers without putting them in your hair, by wearing them on your body. Here are some different feather ideas for you to try out.
